GOVERNOVA: Journal of Governance and Public Innovation is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Association of Indonesian Government Studies Scholars (ADIPSI), dedicated to advancing scholarly debate on governance and public sector innovation. The journal provides a rigorous platform for theoretical, methodological, and empirical contributions that examine governance as a relational, multi-actor, and multi-level process, extending beyond state-centric perspectives of government. GOVERNOVA promotes interdisciplinary and pluralistic approaches to the study of public administration, public policy, collaborative governance, public sector innovation, democratic governance, decentralization, and public value creation. By bridging theory and practice, the journal seeks to foster analytically robust and policy-relevant research that responds to the growing complexity of contemporary public problems and contributes to the development of governance scholarship at local, national, and global levels.
